toolazy…
i like doing things, but i'm just so-dang-lazy.Archive for house
adventures…with no electricity.
i tried, i really tried.
my whole goal was trying to study today. i was stoked, yes, i’m finally getting back into it. i can totally study.
at 4:15 p.m., as i was on the phone (which led me to leave a crazy, crazy message), the lights flickered and then OUT! and then all the computers started beeping and i was in the dark.
so, pretending to be a good worker, i tried to do work without a computer…which really doesn’t work. so, i decided to leave and be a good student and go straight to the library on this beautiful day to study.
i walk up the 5 million steps to the library and find out it’s closed. electricity out.
well, then, i’ll just go home.
so, garage is out.
no worries.
i’ll go through the front door….which….is…..blocked….
my parents have this funny door stop thing to stop people from trying to break in and….it REALLY WORKS.
so, even though God showed me many signs that i didn’t need to study… i studied at the park anyway.
even with all the dogs and smell of dog poo and dropping temperatures.
i’m not saying it was productive, but at least i tried.
so, GOOD JOB ME!
*bows* thank you.

Doll House.
I love this. Doll house-style!
Even though I’m a “grown-up” and want a real house, I still want a doll house.
Is that weird? After reading this article, it makes sense. I like weird, crazy things, but I think if I filled my house that way, I’d go crazy because I really try to live without clutter (and try not to hoard like the rest of my family). So, a doll house that I can decorate in any way would be perfect!
Gosh, that’ll be weird, huh?
Funny side story:
My sister is jokingly called a “hoarder” by cousins. She was checking her email on our cousin’s laptop and left it open. He saw her In Box and said, “You have over 1,000 emails in your In Box! You ARE a hoarder!”
Well, we laughed. Seriously, who keeps over 1,000 emails in their Gmail folder?????
